The Building

The Avondale Arts Center is a free-standing 4,500 Sq Ft building which is the headquarters for the Avondale Arts Alliance and offers exhibition space, plus workshops, rentals, special events, and more. We are located at the corner of N. Avondale Road and Lake Street, adjacent to the new Dale development and Town Green. There is free parking in front of and behind the building and along the sides of Town Green.

Until it is demolished for a new development at a future date, we will love and care for the building while providing a central home for visitors to learn more about Avondale Estates. We aim to stitch together art-related businesses under the umbrella of the Alliance, and to enrich the lives of those in the community through thoughtful and meaningful art programming.
